SearchTech began as a group of senior search consultants who wanted to work together to build an infrastructure focused advisory and service. Collectively, our consultants realised that these industries were short of skilled individuals and true, market relevant experience. Director of Energy & Renewables
Sally began her career in the late 90s within the IT Banking sector. Since then, Sally has placed hundreds of individuals into the Energy sector within Investment, Development, Construction, Asset Management and Consultancy.
Sally’s expertise lies within market advice, contingency recruitment, executive search, traditional head hunting and retained based search projects. Sally’s knowledge comes from her personal interest in the renewable energy, power and utilities sectors and her extensive professional networks.
Sally has worked for Developers, Owners, Investors, Utilities and Management Consultancies in the energy sector. This includes placing consultants, managers and engineers within sustainable distributed energy generation and services worldwide.
Director of Waste Recycling, Power & Aggregates
Charles started his recruitment career in the City of London as a researcher for one of the world’s leading telecommunications recruitment companies. Charles moved to the South-West in order to further develop his career in his passion – environmental and sustainability focused recruitment.
Here he was asked to transform the Waste and Recycling division, and then further developed into the Power & Aggregates sectors.
Now, Charles specialises in Operations, Commercial, Technical (engineering and maintenance) and Transport/Logistics recruitment within Waste & Recycling EfW (Energy from Waste), W2E (Waste to Energy), Power & Aggregates sectors.
